La Teigneuse Cider 7% - 33cL

Cider at 7% vol. alcohol in double fermentation (wild yeasts) made from a typical year-round blend (alternation of apple trees). Its dress is golden with orange reflections. The nose is clean and quite complex: quince, tangerine and some exotic notes (mango, guava). The attack on the palate is round then quickly evolves towards acidity and a lighter finish, very little astringent. 33cL format ideal for small thirsts!
