Cider at 8% vol. alcohol in triple fermentation (wild yeasts), with a golden color with orange reflections. Very alcoholic and powerful from the nose. Vegetal and lemony notes. In the mouth the cider remains very balanced, without bitterness or astringency. The finish is very round and slightly tangy bringing it freshness. We feel the heat and the power of the alcohol, which gives it length. 33cL format ideal for small thirsts!
