Beechwood smoked snails, cooked in white wine court bouillon. 1 jar of 4 dozen The court bouillon is made with biodynamic sauvignon blanc, chosen in partnership with our wine merchant for its aromas, which go wonderfully with snails. This is a wine from Chateau Moulin de Peyronin The court bouillon is cooked slowly, to keep the tenderness of our snails and their flavors.
