Snail spread NATURE (100g)

Snails cooked as a spread. For an aperitif or on a hot dish, we have designed this spread to make the most of the escargot while enhancing it. We put a minimum of 50% snail in our recipe, accompanied by good organic farm butter and some herbs. As a cold or hot toast like a pesto on grilled vegetables, pasta or rice, this spread will delight your taste buds.
