Our hard black nougat, made in Ollioules in the Var region, combines 60% roasted almonds with caramelized honey, for a firm texture and a powerful taste. The sugar and honey are brought to a high temperature in our cauldrons, using a rigorously respected traditional method. This process gives the hard artisanal black nougat its characteristic firmness and allows the almonds to be coated in an intense caramel, rich in aromas. The result: a clean, dry nougat that snaps under the tooth and reveals powerful flavors. This nougat contains 60% roasted almonds, carefully selected then roasted to reveal their deep aroma. The contrast between the crunch of the sugar and the woody warmth of the almonds offers a tasting that is as rustic as it is elegant. Perfect for lovers of raw and natural flavors. Store between 18 and 20°C (64 and 68°F)
