JJ's Maneuver Swallow Owner's Edition II

For the “Owner Edition II” we stowed a Barbados rum in the bilge 14 years ago and on 18.08.In 2022 it was transferred to a Banyuls barrel, where it matured for another two years. Due to the long maturation period of 16 years in total, the rum is wonderfully smooth and has nevertheless retained its typical Barbados character, which is characterized by elegance and intensity. The Banyuls barrel gives a mild sweetness to the nose and a hint of sweet wine aromas on the finish. Storage in bourbon barrels. Finish in Banyuls barrel. Limited to 640 bottles. Maximum 6 bottles per customer.
