Organic Bitter Orange Jam 200gr

Artisan jam of bitter oranges from organic farming obtained from very thinly sliced peel made with the sole addition of cane sugar from organic farming. The marmalade thanks to its particular sweet and sour taste as well as sweet use can successfully accompany seasoned or fresh cheeses. In our company there is not a real orchard but some fruit trees, cherry, orange, arbutus, pear and apple trees certified organic like the whole company, with which we make jams and marmalades depending on the year and the load of fruits. Fruiting occurs naturally we do not force the plants with fertilizers and chemicals, for this reason we can have more generous years than others, our products may not always be available, but this method guarantees an absolutely natural product, each jar of our jams and jams contains 70% fruit and 30% organic cane sugar, without colourants, thickeners and color enhancers.
