100% Sicilian orange marmalade, grown in the Trapani hills, free of preservatives and thickeners.Our jam is prepared following the classic recipe that our grandparents handed down to us: orange pulp and peel, sugar and lemon juice. We only use orange varieties: Brazilian and Navel.Ingredients: Orange pulp (80%), sugar, orange peel, lemon juice.Processing: The oranges are harvested by hand, washed, peeled and cut. They are then cooked in a pan with the addition of sugar and lemon juice for a couple of hours.Net weight: 220 gramsStorage times and methods: 24 months from the production date.
