100% Sicilian lemon jam, grown in the Trapani hills, free of preservatives and thickeners. Our Sicilian lemon jam is prepared following the classic recipe that our grandparents handed down to us: pulp, lemon peel, sugar and lemon juice. We only use “Zagara Bianca” variety lemons 1. Processing: The lemons are picked by hand, washed, peeled and cut in half. Subsequently the lemon pulp is cooked in a pan with the addition of sugar. 2. Net weight: 220 grams 3. Storage times and methods: 24 months from the date of production. 4. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Ingredients: Lemon pulp (56.66%), Sugar (33.33%), Zest. Pairings: cakes, toasted bread, rusks, rice cakes.
