100% Sicilian apricot jam, grown in the Trapani hills, free of preservatives and thickeners. Our Sicilian apricot jam is prepared following the classic recipe that our grandparents handed down to us: apricot pulp, sugar and zest. 1. Processing: The apricots are harvested by hand and processed within a few hours of harvesting. After being washed, they are peeled and cut in half. Subsequently the pulp is cooked in a pan with the addition of sugar. 2. Net weight: 220 grams 3. Storage times and methods: 24 months from the date of production. 4.
