Our green pumpkin jam is prepared following the classic recipe handed down from our grandparents: pumpkin, sugar, lemon and cinnamon. 1. Processing: The pumpkins are harvested by hand and processed within a few hours of harvesting. After being washed, they are peeled and cut in half. Subsequently the pulp is cooked in a pan with the addition of sugar, lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon. 2. How to use it: ideal to accompany medium/hard cheeses.
