Iberian cular sausage

Made following a completely handmade process. We use the highest quality lean meats and noble parts of the animal (dam, fan, pig lizard...). Once minced, the meats are marinated with pepper, salt and spices following our mother Cleo's traditional recipe, the same one that has been used in the family throughout her life, thus achieving authentic flavors and aromas that are difficult to imitate.
