Recognized by royal decree, the character of Orléans mustard is based on three pillars: an ancestral recipe, unique know-how and a selection of the best ingredients. The brotherhood of master vinegar and mustard makers of Orléans has been recognized by royal decree since 1580. Talk about any other mustard than that of Orléans and it instantly goes up our noses.
