TRADI CATHARE

Tradition mustard is made with Occitan seeds, Occitan white wine vinegar, Gruissan salt and water, no added preservatives. This traditional recipe is thicker, creamier, and develops a classic mustard taste. Due to its artisanal manufacture, the presence of mustard seeds bring a very pleasant crunch in the mouth, and a moderate strength to the mustard. The new manufacturing process provides a thicker and smoother texture to this traditional mustard.
