Handcrafted in our workshops in Périgord, this mustard is made from 100% French seeds. 
Half of the supply of our mustard seeds comes from Alsace, the other half comes from local and organic production in Périgord. 
A partnership with committed farmers, located just a few kilometers from our manufacturing workshop. 
We are working on the development of the local sector, to promote agriculture and short circuits.
