Apisphère's artisanal mustard Our whole-grain honey mustard, Made in Périgord, is carefully crafted in our workshops. It is made from French mustard seeds, 50% of which come from local organic production in Dordogne, and Périgord honey. This artisanal process gives it a unique grainy texture, resulting from the mixture of two types of mustard seeds. Its mild and slightly sweet taste thanks to the honey makes it a versatile condiment, perfect for lovers of traditional and refined mustards. At Apisphère, we are committed to favoring local and organic ingredients. Today, more than 50% of the seeds used in our recipes come from organic farming and are grown just 10 km from our workshops, in partnership with organic farmers in Dordogne.
