Handcrafted in our workshops in Périgord, this mustard is made from 100% French seeds. Discover Périgord truffle mustard: a symphony of flavors where the delicacy of truffle meets the audacity of mustard, to enhance your culinary creations with elegance and finesse. Half of the supply of our mustard seeds comes from Alsace, the other half comes from local and organic production in Périgord. A partnership with committed farmers, located just a few kilometers from our manufacturing workshop. We are working on the development of the local sector, to promote agriculture and short circuits.
