Brass Zero and Nix Sparkling Wine - alcohol-free wine -

Alcohol-free delight made from select grapes. Our brass ‘Null und Nix’ is a blend of fresh Riesling and yellow Muscat. The alcohol was removed from the fermented base wine using a vacuum process, so that it is completely alcohol-free. The advantage of this process is that the alcohol is gently separated from the wine without affecting the aroma structure. An incredibly fruity composition that is ideal as an aperitif or Sunday soda with a piece of mandarin sour cream cake. Why we created a non-alcoholic sparkling wine? We have been working on this project for 2.5 years now and it arose from a friend who expressed her desire to add a non-alcoholic alternative to our portfolio. Unfortunately, non-alcoholic wines often taste far away from what you want. But with the help of an excellent oenologist and expert in the field of non-alcoholic sparkling wines, we were able to complete the project after a long time. We are happy to be able to inspire a new audience with our wine creations.
