Matto, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Class.Sup.DOC 2021, FILODIVINO, mineral and complex white wine

From the best plots of a 19 Ha organic vineyard, located in San Marcello, in the heart of the Marche region, this mineral and complex white wine is produced by the Filodivino estate, with the minimum of intervention, in order to offer a distinctive interpretation of Verdicchio.
 Vinification and aging: Vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, and aging for 6 months on lees in stainless steel vats (95%) and unsealed concrete eggs (5%), gives it an intriguing complexity.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Straw yellow color with green highlights. –Nose: Intense aromas of white flowers, peach blossoms, citrus fruits and brioche notes. –Palate: The palate is fresh and tasty, and the texture is silky with pleasant citrus notes. 
The mineral framework is the promise of a very interesting evolution. 
The finish is long, complex, clean and dry.
