
From the Tuscany region in Italy, this spicy and warm red wine, certified ORGANIC and VEGAN, is produced by Eline Aloy, a young innovative oenologist, having created the Ventisei range at the age of 26. Vinification and aging: The grapes from each plot are fermented spontaneously, and aged separately for 18 months in oak barrels and barrels, to give rise to a wine of character with very good aging potential. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Brilliant ruby red color with purple reflections. –Nose: It expresses liveliness in a bouquet of cherry, blackberry and violet. –Palate: Elegant, warm and juicy attack.
