From the prestigious Stellenbosch wine region in South Africa, this structured and silky red wine is produced by Domaine Bellevue, a pioneer in the production of South Africa's iconic grape variety, Pinotage.
 Vinification and aging: This wine is produced by cold maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at 26-28°C, and aging for 22 months in new French oak barrels, which give it a beautiful aromatic palette. and perfect balance.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Ruby red color. –Nose: Wide aromatic palette with notes of raspberry, cherry, ripe plum, cedar wood and cut grass. –Palate: Silky wine, with a slight sensation of sweetness. 
On the palate, it is balanced, with fine tannins and good length.
