French Mountain Honey 250g glass Characteristic of honey: Type: Polyfloral Texture: liquid Color: Amber Conservation Honey evolves naturally over time and can vary in color and texture.                                        Store at room temperature, ideally between 15° and 20°C.                                        When your honey is crystallized and you wish to liquefy it, you can heat it slightly in a water bath, without exceeding 40°C so as not to alter its properties.
