The history of the CULTURE MIEL company


1936
Creation of the company Miels Villeneuve in Villemandeur, following the resumption of activity from a beekeeper. An artisanal family business based on the production and sale of honey on local markets.

1952
Opening of a store to complete the Miels Villeneuve sales network

1974
Transition from the artisanal stage to the industrial stage with the relocation of the company, the abandonment of beekeeping activities and the refocusing on packaging and marketing.

1985
Creation of the Honey and gourmet specialties category in garden centers

1988
Setting up the internal laboratory for analyzes and quality control

2001
Construction of a new 4000m2 industrial site for better treatment of the entire production and shipping chain

2015
New identity for the company: Miels Villeneuve becomes Culture Miel, representing our involvement in our environment and our complete offer of honey and beehive products.

2018
Launch of C'EST WHO LE PATRON honeys following the votes of 12,000 consumers for specifications for high quality honeys and greater fairness for all players in the sector.
Creation of the Bee Protection Fund with C’est qui le patron and ADA France. www.fsab.fr
