The Corronca biscuit factory is a family-run business that was founded in 1979 by the two young brothers Rita and Salvatore Corronca.

The passion for traditional pastry and for the trade has led the brand to become one of the main reference points of Sardinian artisan pastry.

Thanks to the professionalism and craftsmanship acquired and developed over the years, Biscottificio Corronca is able to satisfy great needs with high quality products.

The basket of each pardula is exclusively handmade, the formation of the amaretto and the insertion of the almond into it are done manually, all the gueffus are formed, sugared and wrapped manually by our craftsmen....
