Sari-Azienda Agricola was born in 2018 from an idea of Roberto Carbone, a young entrepreneur from Catania and food technologist. Roberto invests resources, energy and time in the experience of cultivating aromatic plants on the slopes of the volcano, in a small plot of property, a graduation gift from his parents: a paradise within the Etna Park. Sari-Azienda Agricola today produces and markets spices, herbal teas, jams and ready-made sauces, functional snacks and other dehydrated products.
