A family
It all began in the 1950s, when Orazio, a native of the Brembana Valley, of humble origins, with his large family decided to leave his beloved mountains for the green hills of Scanzorosciate. In the old village there is a wood-burning oven with an adjoining shop and grandfather Orazio decides to take it over with his son Pietro. United by a passion for baking, they experiment with the creation of a family business. The 1960s confirmed the success of the project with the inauguration of a new, better-equipped laboratory and a welcoming shop. The particularly well-finished bread, which has always been the company's primary product, is accompanied by other fragrant and delicious oven-leavened breads.
In the mid-80s the grandchildren Flavio (for production) and Piera (for marketing and sales) join the team bringing fresh ideas to complement the ancient traditions. In the new millennium, the constant passion for craftsmanship and the search for new goals lead the two brothers to take over the company, giving continuity to the family management.
