It's an eponymous brand! That of the name of its founder.
At the beginning of the century, they were called “Les lazzaretti”! Like many Italians at that time, the Lazzarreti family, with real culinary know-how in pasta, moved to Avignon in 1936.
This Italian family who was adopted in Provence over the years.
The Lazzaretti were immediately successful with their traditional pasta factory, it is the magic of the know-how of the master pasta makers.
