Cultivated in the Gâtinais for several centuries, Crocus Sativus (Saffron) disappeared at the beginning of the 20th century. The Buizard family took over and developed a saffron farm in Egry (Loiret) in 2017. Since then, we have been working to perpetuate and perpetuate this culture, a real local agronomic and cultural wealth.
