Professional beekeeper since 2010 in the Alpes de Haute-Provence and big fan of mustard, I brought together these two products in order to bring a slight touch of sweetness which attenuates the power of the strong Dijon mustard.
In order to vary the pleasures, over the years, I have added different herbs or spices which give a unique flavor to my honey mustards.
