From the cultivation and harvest in Nicaragua, the export, to the bottling and labeling here in Main-Spessart, everything is done by Biosa & Maya Garden and shipped with love! preparation The brewing time is an essential factor for Moringa leaf tea. If it is too short, the healthy drink does not yet have the desired abundance of vitamins and other nutrients. On the other hand, if it is too long, the tea can quickly taste quite bitter. We recommend around five minutes for a normal-size cup. The dried leaves are simply placed in the tea strainer with the help of a spoon. For best flavor, use a heaping teaspoon per cup. A popular mistake to avoid when preparing Moringa tea. The tea is a drink with a large amount of nutrients. In order to maintain these vitamins, minerals and amino acids and thus the health-promoting effect, it is of the utmost importance to prepare the tea at an appropriate temperature. Even at temperatures far below the boiling point, for example at 90 degrees Celsius, a large part of the health-promoting ingredients are already destroyed. The best thing is to keep the whole thing at a safe distance and aim for a temperature of almost 80 degrees when preparing the tea. If the whole thing is still too bitter in taste, you can taste the Moringa tea with the help of a variety of foods. Honey, agave syrup or maple syrup are suitable for this. If a revitalizing and fresh character is desired, refinement with lemon or lime juice is recommended. You can also mix the tea with the other premium teas from Maya Garden.
