This organic, washed decaf comes from the La Victoria Farm in Chiapas in Mexico and is decaffeinated by means of caffeine. the Mountain Water process. The coffee has a full body, tastes sweet and spicy and can also be prepared well for milk coffee such as cappuccinos. The Mountain Water decaf process uses clear, pure water from the glaciers of the highest mountains in Mexico. During decaffeination, the green coffee beans are submerged in this water to remove the caffeine. The water contains the soluble components of the coffee beans that retain the elements of the individual coffee flavor so that during the extraction of the caffeine, the beans retain their original flavor components. Once the decaffeination is complete, the beans are dried, packaged and shipped to our roaster so that we can roast these beans for optimal flavor. Also available ground.
