Émanufacturing steps We select premium quality organic mustard seeds based on their grain size. All the stages of manufacturing our cranberry mustard are carried out by hand, in an artisanal way. We use whole seeds which undergo different stages of maceration before being crushed. We then add cranberries, Canada’s emblematic fruit, accompanied by organic honey from Corrèze and other ingredients. We only pot our mustard after a maturation stage necessary for the proper development of the aromas, to offer you a unique culinary experience.
