It is the alliance of a fine and delicate mustard, that of the house of Delouis, and L’Or Rouge des Ardennes: saffron. This mustard has a smooth and homogeneous texture. It presents a rather spicy flavor without hiding the taste of saffron. The latter brings it a pretty orange color. The taste of saffron will reveal itself to your palate at the end of the tasting. This mustard will go very well with your fish and white meats, but also your vegetables and starchy foods. It can be used to make an original saffron mayonnaise.
