Organic saffron syrup, 250 ml

Organic version for this saffron syrup. This syrup has a certain bitterness in the mouth and a taste of flowers. It can be used, for example, for the preparation of an original kir for the aperitif. You can use this syrup with dry white wine, crémant or champagne. We recommend Deneufchatel champagne, blanc de blancs or brut. It can also flavor a rum-based cocktail or quite simply a good apple juice. In Greece, it is poured into coffee! In the kitchen, you can use it to deglaze a duck breast or a rack of lamb. A drizzle of syrup can be a pleasant accompaniment to a back of baked fish, or to refine goat or sheep cheese. On the dessert side, it is used to coat pancakes, waffles, French toast, poached pear, vanilla ice cream or crème brûlée. You can also use it in pastries (see recipes here).
