Huila chocolate bar - 86% cocoa. 

Fine and aromatic organic chocolate, from Huila in Colombia. Ingredients: organic cocoa mass and organic sugar. Store in a cool, dry place. The point of origin of cocoa seems to be the Amazon rainforest, and from there it undertook a journey that extended throughout the Andes mountain chain, to Central America and Mexico. 

As it passed through the Colombian Andean mountain ranges, cocoa reached Huila, a small and thriving department. 

Today, Huila is the fourth most important cocoa producer in the country. 

At Moxe, we work with the cocoa farmers of Algeciras, a town known as the agricultural pantry of the region for its important production of cocoa, coffee, tomatoes, and bananas, to bring you our 86% chocolate bar. 

Its deep notes of caramel, cinnamon and coffee reflect the plurality of crops and the resilience of the region's farmers.
