The best of our Spanish varieties in a single bottle. This exceptional Coupage comes from the assembly of five varieties of olives that are very characteristic of Spain, these being: Picual, Picuda, Arbequina, Cornezuelo and Hojiblanca. All of them have been raised on our El Hoyo estate and ground separately to preserve their aromas and flavours. Tasting: High green fruity oil with aromas of reed, artichoke, tomato and pepper.
