RUSTICANO 1 LITER EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 100% ITALIAN

A 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil that has not undergone any filtration process*, and in this way has kept intact the fluidity and body typical of oil fresh from the mill.   With a typically "velvety" green-yellow colour, it is suitable for all uses thanks to its strong and natural character.  * Like all unfiltered oils, it naturally features micro particles of olive pulp and droplets of water in emulsion.   Over time, this can lead to the formation of a light deposit on the bottom and on the bottle, without compromising the quality of the product.    AROMA AND FLAVOR Extra virgin oil with a persistent fruity and vegetal flavour.    HOW TO USE IT Ideal raw on vegetables and meats, to season excellent bruschetta and vegetable and cereal salads.    STORAGE To preserve all its characteristics, we recommend keeping the product in its bottle always closed and storing it in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat, at a temperature between 18°C ​​and 22°C.
