The Nittenauer Boomerang Lager is a bottom-fermented, cold-hopped strong beer (light bock) and was brewed with the Australian hop variety Victoria Secret. This hop variety gives the beer its exotic, tropical fruity aroma. In the glass, the Boomerang shimmers in a natural amber color and has an averagely creamy foam head.
