
Our eggnog as a miniature: Natural, handmade and incredibly delicious - that's how NORK eggnog works! Our EggNORK eggnog has been available at Easter for years. However, only for private consumption for us and our families. Now everyone can share in this happiness – all year round! Organic eggs from happy chickens from selected farms* in Schleswig-Holstein and real organic vanilla from Madagascar are the basis for this velvety-sweet treat. For trained palates, the sophisticated recipe without artificial additives offers even further refinements. Well, who likes it? But it's not just the taste that's difficult: we use eggs that are too small for commercial use. This is how these high-quality eggs find their purpose – and what a purpose it is! Enjoy it neat, on ice cream & desserts and in exciting cocktail creations, such as the “little egg” with raspberries, sparkling wine and passion fruit. *There's a lot of mischief with eggs and chickens, which is why we looked for and found organic (family) farms for our eggnog. Large stables, wide exercise areas with bad weather shelters and wind protection nets are the basis for species-appropriate husbandry and enable the chickens to playfully switch between the warm indoor rooms and a sand bath in the rain and snow. By the way, this strengthens the immune system and we can only recommend it 😉
