After dozens of tests, Food Savant Benoit Le Guein has successfully taken up the challenge of creating this Black Truffle pencil. For this, he notably integrated broken black truffles at the end of production. The result is stunning: a real explosion of flavors in the mouth. As with the other pencils, we use organic agar agar for texture and organic cider vinegar and Guérande salt for preservation. For taste, this product is made with 10% broken black truffles. For truffles, we have chosen to work with a family business based in Vaucluse both for the high quality of these products and for its geographical proximity. This pencil accompanies everyday cooking, egg-based dishes, pasta with cream, risotto or festive dishes such as foie gras, or scallops.
