Our black truffle olive oil is obtained by macerating real pieces of "Tuber Melanosporum" black truffle enhanced with a truffle aroma in our extra virgin olive oil. The meeting of these two noble ingredients gives birth to a subtly flavored oil, with a fine & delicate, faithful to the taste of fresh black truffle. This oil will be perfect to enhance an asparagus risotto, a southwestern salad, tagliatelle or fresh pappardelle, mashed potatoes or scrambled eggs.<br />It is also ideal for preparing a gourmet sauce for white meats, parsnip velouté or split pea soup.
