Aromatic olive oil black truffle flavor - 250ml

Our black truffle olive oil is obtained by macerating real pieces of "Tuber Melanosporum" black truffle enhanced with a truffle aroma in our extra virgin olive oil. The meeting of these two noble ingredients gives birth to a subtly flavored oil, with a fine & delicate flavor, faithful to the taste of fresh black truffle. This oil will be perfect to enhance an asparagus risotto, a southwestern salad, fresh tagliatelle or pappardelle, mashed potatoes or brouillade. It is also ideal for preparing a gourmet sauce for white meats, a parsnip soup or a split pea soup. Test it as a finish: a fillet on poultry just out of the oven and you'll tell us about it!
