For over 20 years, our commitment to preserving forests has led us to create this rare and precious drink, drawn directly from the heart of the century-old beech trees of the French Pyrenees.
Our forests, located at an altitude of 1,000 metres, are a true natural treasure. The beeches filter the water from the ground before slowly releasing it, according to a natural cycle. Respectful of this fragile ecosystem, we take less than 1% of this water each year, thus guaranteeing the sustainability of the resource.
