ELIXIR DES GRAVES is the obvious name to give to birch sap, designated as an elixir of life in ancient stories, and harvested from plots of natural forest located between the wine-growing terroir of Graves and the Landes forest.
I developed this agricultural activity to promote the natural resources of this forest environment which I wish to turn into an educational farm. This will aim to promote knowledge and preservation of biodiversity and natural resources, small-scale agriculture and low-density outdoor livestock farming, and the consumption of simple and natural foods.
