Quince balsamic vinegar

Every year in the Palatinate, between September and November, ripen Quinces harvested from meadow orchards. After that they become quince juice & quince wine processed in order to then make vinegar together ferment. Quince balsamic vinegar is excellent too extraordinary salads in combination with high-quality & low-acid olive oils.
