Garlic seasoning made with extra virgin olive oil

Condiment obtained from the joint pressing of olives and Sicilian garlic, without the use of various essences or flavourings.   Fruit rich in healthy properties.   Known for its aromatic strength which can sometimes be a deterrent for social relationships but ideal for seasoning substantial flavors in sauces, soups with beans, grilled vegetables and bruschetta.   Try it with fish soup.
