Orecchiette and Troccoli

A set of two pasta shapes typical of the Puglia region, and particularly of Gargano! Our troccoli del Gargano and our orecchiette pugliese are made in an artisanal way by the Pastificio of our village of Serracapriola: the Pastificio d'Amicis. Weight: 1 kg (2x500g) Ingredients: water, Gargano durum wheat semolina. Nutritional values (per 100g): Energy 1389Kj/332Kcal, Fat 0.4g including 0g Saturated fatty acids, Carbohydrates 68.1g including 1.7g Sugar, Protein 13.9g, Salt 0.01g. HAS Store in a dry place at room temperature. Stored in a recycled and recyclable plastic bag.
