Discover our artisanal Troccoli del Gargano, typical of the Puglia region. This long pasta looks like spaghetti at first glance and has the specific feature of being shaped using a grooved roller called “troccolaturo” or “troccolo” which cuts the dough into regular strips and gives it its particular square shape. Their rough texture adheres well to light sauces and olive oil. They will be perfect for making a typical dish: pasta alle vongole!
