From our harvest, our Green Olives with Espelette Pepper are sure to please you!       “Picholine is a crunchy olive.    Its abundant and delicious flesh makes it the essential asset for aperitifs!
 The “Picholines” are picked by hand in our olive grove, in Saint Martin de Crau, near the Alpilles. It is then combined with Piment d’Espelette AOP from France.    The Olives are preserved in water and salt, without adding preservatives.
