This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made with organic cooked grape must carefully prepared by Nicolò Verrini and Giorgio Regnani. Aged in oak barrels, it offers a dense texture (1.34) and a balanced taste, with sweet and tangy flavors and discreet woody notes. Origin: Modena, Italy It goes perfectly with one of our olive oils in all types of salads, but also goes very well with fruits such as figs, strawberries and pears, as well as fresh cheeses.
